[TI] Termini Reunion-2009 Reminder

The Termini Reunion in Denver is less than a month away. We are looking forward to old friends and family returning to the 9th annual get together, as well as meeting new 'cousins' to share our information and just have a good time.

If you haven't made your reservations, please do so now. As of today only six (6) rooms were reserved out of the 14 that were requested by attendees earlier this summer.

And, out of the 31 that requested a seat at the Reunion Saturday night dinner, only 14 have paid to date. Thank you to those of you who have paid. Your names have been recorded, and your seat(s) are reserved. We look forward to a great evening and enjoying a fabulous Italian meal.

Reducing the number of guests for the Family Style meal at Maggiano's will not be a problem. However if you do plan on attending the group meal please ensure your checks arrive or are mailed before the due date in the earlier notice. We will be working with Maggiano's to adjust the seating requirements accordingly at their request.

The meeting room at the Holiday Inn Express was provided at no cost to our group based on the number of guest rooms Termini Reunion attendees said they would need earlier this year. Although, I (Jim) am prepared to cover the cost of the room should our room commitment not be met, I am hoping that those who expressed genuine interest in attending follow up with a room reservation and payment for the Saturday meal.

So if you have not made your room reservation, or paid for your meal, please do so soon. Our Holiday Inn Express Host requests that we make the reservation as the "Termini Group Block" to avoid any confusion. Make the reservation directly with the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Englewood, CO.-- NOT their 800 number.
