I know what you're dealing with, it is a very difficult thing to do becoming the parent of your parents.  I was down that road with my mother when my children were young, 8 & 11 and then with her mother after my mom died.  We are now dealing with Tony's mother, she's 86 and so far in a retirement center but who knows when we'll have to make a decision and the next move.  We also get no help from his brothers just critisism on what should be done.  The most thing to remember is to take time for yourself and to take care of yourself.
If you need is look at your church for a care giver support meeting, we have one twice a month and it's a great place to vent.
