Paul,
We used a gallon sized ziplock bag to pipe in the filling - just cut a
small hole in the corner of the bag. It works very well especially if
there are 2 of you doing it. Much easier to clean up than my icing
bags. Sometimes the citron will get caught if we don't get it cut small
enough. I was really surprised that the shells made it to Denver in one
piece. Ray layered with paper towels in the container and I made sure
there was nothing that could fall or crush the container on the way to
Denver in the car.
