[TI] Updates, Pictures, etc

Hi Laura,

I'm writing this after having spent the entire weekend in Batavia after my 
dad became ill this weekend (vomiting, etc) and am nearing ready to collapse 
into bed, but I checked the pictures of the reunion and just wanted to say 
how pleased I was to see that you made cannolis and used my filling recipe. 
I must say that it looks like the shells came out beautifully - they looked 
perfectly browned in one of the photos that I saw.  As I looked at the 
filling in other photos I would swear that it looked like filling that I 
made myself - I could almost drool trying to taste it.  I see that you were 
using a bag to pipe it into the shells - I've never tried that as I always 
thought it was too thick to do that with all the additives of citron, 
chocolate and almonds, but now I'm thinking if the opening was large enough 
that maybe that could be done.  I usually use a butter knife to stuff the 
filling into the cannolis.  Anyway - it was really nice to see the cannolis 
and it was really tough not to be there last week.  It was also nice to see 
so many people in the photos - thanks for putting these up.

This has been a rough summer with my parents and my sister and I have been 
exhausted taking care of them.  We're not sure how long this can go on for 
before my dad will have to go into a nursing home or what.

Really tired and have got to get to bed.  Many thanks for all you continue 
to do.  My subscription to the certificate database is up right around now 
although I haven't gotten a renewal yet, but I will get a check out to you 
this week.
