Tony, I have Panzica cousins in Cleveland, OH and California and wonder if you are related to them.

...over 1800 deaths in about 7 weeks...

That puts the "tough times" we are living in now into perspective, doesn't it? I am thankful to live here and now. I am also thankful for the "forza" of my ancestors and for this opportunity to Know them a little better.

>> The cholera deaths are a totally different item. They are NOT documents but are only an index of the deaths that were reported. Because there were over 1800 of these deaths in about a 7 week time frame, they were only listed as an index. As we don't know who reported the birth, there is a possibility that the age was a mistake. There is also a possibility that the clerk recorded the death incorrectly.

I have found two other children for Giuseppe LaSita and Giuseppa Donese: Marina LaSita, born ca 1793; and Giuseppe LaSita, born ca 1805. Over forty years between the births of Marina and Agostino would be quite incredible!
