Hi,
I found this very interesting. Some time ago there were some e mails about
the produce business in Chicago. At that time I mentioned that my
grandfather, Phillip Battaglia becase of his relationship with the
LaManitia's went to Chicago in about 1934 from PA to work for Joseph and
Phillip LaMantia. Do you know if my grandfather is pictured in this picture?
He referred to them as J.V and Uncle Phil. I believe that they were cousins.
I would appreciate any additional info that you can provide. My mother and
uncle who are Phillip's children are both gone.
Thank you.
Sally Ann Piazza Glenn
