in this case - it is definitely Manfridi or Manfredi.  I am meaning more 
to Manfredi because there isn't any dot above the letter before the d. 

BUT that doesn't mean that there isn't a mistake on the document itself 
either by the person who wrote the document or by the person who 
reported the birth.
