[TI] Termini Imerese Certificate Database was updated today

Joe,

It certainly has come a long way since July of 2001 when we uploaded the 
first batch of 2800 records LOL
Never thought we would see it this close. 

But I have to extend my thanks to all of those who have helped over the 
years. Without them, the database wouldn't have anywhere close to this 
many entries
