I don't think this is a problem unless you are connected in someway from
office computer to home computer.  Have you looked at your setting on the
home computer?  Try and separate the two.  I'm using Microsoft outlook at
home also.  I'm sure you have looked at the help tab to find how to set
plain text.  Same with you Anne.  Look in you help tab at the top of your
outlook express email program.  See if it can lead you to what you need to
do.  I'm sure you both have tried that soluation.  Just check it again.

To the Tech savvy people out there:

I have no problem sending notes out from my work computer, however,
anything I send out from my home computer gets bounced.  So there
presumably is something goofy with the setting on my home computer.  I'm
all ears to suggestions on what I don't have set correctly at home.

You have had this problem for quite some time.  Something is NOT keeping
the plain text format when you send and it arrives at the server in HTML
format
