Thank you Laura and Joseph for the information on names. Now if I can just 
prove that Giulio segued into Frank...!

Also thank you Laura for the instructions on ordering copies of the original 
document. I am putting together a list. And I apologize for sending the 
previous message as HTML. It has been several years since I posted to a 
mailing list and I had forgotten that they require plain text. I will try to 
be more careful.
