I am relatively new to Italian research, and am just beginning to search 
the TI database. Some of the people I am looking for are only known by 
the names used after they came to America. For instance: Josephine 
Geraci, daughter of Frank Geraci and Carmela Candioto.
 
In the TI database I found a Giuseppa Geraci, daughter of Giulio Geraci 
and Carmela Candioto. The year of birth for my Josephine fits that for 
this Giuseppa. Is Josephine a common form of Giuseppa? And could Giulio 
be Frank?
 
Another question: What does the film number refer to? Can I use it to 
find further information? And where do I get the film?
