[TI] Termini - Naming Tradition

"Fools rush in where angels fear to tread." Nonetheless, let me say that my
wife's grandparents from TI named their first son after Grandpa's father,
following the rule. But when it came time for son #2, they did not follow
the rule. Reason: first son was Joseph, like Grandpa's father, but
Grandma's father had also been Joseph. So they named son #2 not after the
father of Grandma, but Salvatore, after who knows whom. Jim McCarthy,
