[TI] Termini - Naming Tradition

I have a general question about naming.
Most of the names of the children in my family lines seem to follow a
very strict naming tradition, however for the brother of my 2nd great
grandfather (Francesco Corso), there seems to be something strange.

He was:
Agostino Corso (baptized in Termini in 1819, son of Antonino Corso and
Emmanuela Zarcone).
He married Domenica Longo (b. 1827, daughter of Antonino Longo and Maria
Mantia).
They married in Termini in 1845. The data I now have for the kids of
Agostino Corso and Domenica Longo is:

1848 - Antonino (Born in Termini, named after both grandfathers)
1851 - Michele (Born in Termini, named after his uncle?)
1854 - Emmanuela (Born in Palermo, named after her paternal grandmother)
1857 - Francesco (Born in Palermo, named after his uncle?)
1861 - Michele (Born in Palermo, named after his older brother who died)
1863 - Maria (Born in Palermo, named after her maternal grandmother)

There is one more notation in the Palermo index's, one for Anna
(daughter of Antonino Corso and Domenica Longo), married in 1864. Where
did she come from? If she was 18, then she would have been born around
1846 and thus would have been the first born. This fits time wise, but
the naming doesn't match, plus there is no record of her birth in
Termini. Any thoughts?

Thanks.
