[TI] fees

Laura I am having a problem such as Janet and some of the others are having.
To help me to clear up any problems are these the fees on the database?  And
do I understand that I can contact you for these fees to help me straighten
out my family?  Just because I have the information I sometimes need help to
understand and make sure I have the right blood line.  

Is this the site I need and these fees apply?  I'm not sure about this.
Information that I am looking for would be personal research in the
available films and not available films, is that right?  Is that because it
is research?
