1. Josephe is the LATIN spelling of the name of Giuseppe. There is a
list of the Latin name translations as well as many other items that
might help on the following page on the website.
http://www.termini-imerese.org/DBSearch.html

2. In the future, PLEASE tell me the year, document number AND digital
image number and the name of the person on the document. It allows for
me to look it up very quickly without having to search for the
information myself. Without all of the pieces of the information, I
have to do a search in the database myself to try to find the document
you are questioning to get the information needed to look the image up.

3. The marriage, allegati marriage and allegati promessa are
transcribed correctly - FILIPPO
The death document is also transcribed correctly - SAVERIO - the
death was reported by Luciano
Inserra so he could have told the clerk incorrectly or the
clerk could have written it down incorrectly.

4. If you do a bit further research, you will find Antonina LaNasa's
death in 1842 which states she was married to Giuseppe Quattrocchi.

Now whether Giuseppe and Filippo are the same person..........
It would be WISE to get the allegati records for their marriage. The
marriage document states you would be getting the information on the
death of her father and grandfather (which would give you the name of
her great-grandfather as well). This might clear up a great deal of
this for you.

These death documents will be in Latin as they are before 1820. If you
can't read the documents I would gladly transcribe them in a research
project.
