[TI] names

Hi Terry,

I think a lot of the "Lo" and "La" prefixes were meant to be separate words as they general represent the word "the". And of course, many of the "Di" and "D'" prefixes represent the word "of" or "from".

I miss everyone on the list. I talked to Madeleine a bit on Easter weekend while I was on the road. Hope to get a laptop soon so I'm not such a stranger!
