[TI] names

Good question.  I have Librandi.  Have seen it many ways but the documents
from the FHC have Librandi.

Can anybody tell me with certainty how to correctly capitalize and space
names with prefixes, such as lo Bianco, or is it Lo Bianco, or is it
loBianco, or is it LoBianco?  There are many other names including di Novo,
la Mantia, etc., and I just wanted to know what the proper way of writing
them is.
