Hi Laura,
 When you get a chance would you run this reminder this weekend. I have sent it but it is not making it to the list..... I have this set on TEXT but still cannot explain why it doesn't appear.. Just want to get it
out there for those who might have missed the earlier announcement..

 The planning continues for the 9^th Annual Termini Imerese Reunion in Denver, Colorado this September 25 - 27, 2009.
We are looking forward to hosting this annual event designed to be a gathering and sharing of information of those whose families came from Sicily so many years ago.
 At this time we are requesting a Show of Interest to help determine the following for this years event:
 1. The number of individuals intending to
travel to Denver, Colorado, to attend this reunion.
 2. Those who will require lodging for this event.

1. IF you are sharing a room with another individual _you_ are responsible for making those arrangements with the other person and it should be reported as one room.
3. The number interested in a group meal on Saturday night.
4. Those who will be attending, but NOT requiring lodging, notify us      so the meeting room/facilities can be properly sized.

To date we _have not_ selected the lodging location or restaurant for the group meal. Your responses will help determine where these events can be held at the best price available. This advanced information will give us
negotiating power.
With the economy as it is today, it is critical that you provide as accurate information ahead of time as possible.
Please respond only if you have a _genuine interest in attending=E2=80=A6 This will be essential in helping us keep the costs as low as possible by negotiating the best rates in advance.
Finally, if there are any suggestions, (i.e.,  more social time on Friday night) also submit those with your show of interest response.
