In honor of October being Family History Month, the North Hills Genealogists
[of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania] is hosting an all-day conference on Saturday,
25 October 2008. A great program features speakers Pamela K. Boyer, CG, CGL
of Springfield, Virginia and J. Mark Lowe, CG of Springfield, Tennessee. In
addition to formal lectures, the conference will give attendees a unique
opportunity to interact with these knowledgeable and personable speakers in
small group discussions. This will provide a forum for attendees to get
their questions answered and to get ideas for further research. This results
in giving you a choice between two topics each hour: one a lecture and the
other a small group discussion geared to answering your questions. The
conference will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 5910 Babcock Blvd.,
Pittsburgh, PA 15237 where parking is free. A continental breakfast and hot
lunch are included in the modest price with early bird discounts until
September 16.

More information including a brochure and credit card registration may be
found at www.NorthHillsGenealogists.org.
