Sheryl,

I have the Rosetta Stone for Italian. I used it a little before our last trip....but not enough to really get me much help. You really need to sit with it everyday and review, review, review. Try to use what you learn by speaking Italian to yourself....to yourself while you are preparing a meal...I found it beneficial to try to speak sentences about what I was doing in the kitchen. Also, if you can listen to Italian conversations and pick up on what people are saying, it helps so much.

I, too, need to start up again. I have lost all that I knew back then. If you don't use it, you lose it.
