[TI] TI in October, need suggestions please.

I remember him well!!! But I thought it was in bassa...off of Via Bagni. So 
watch out for small shops with little old nearly blind men! We caused a 
neighborhood commotion in that little shop, that's for sure! I think they 
all thought we were trying to rip the old guy off!
YES, know your money, and do one transaction at a time. I think he was 
overwhelmed by 2 Americani buying stuff at the same time!
