[TI] Where did my ancestors go???!!

Frank,

In addition to what Laura said, when you are in the OTHER PARENTS drop down 
box, make sure the check boxes that say "exclude this relationship from 
trees and kinship" is NOT CHECKED.  A "checked" box would remove these 
individuals from your trees and reports.
