[TI] Database - 1900 and beyond dates

Due to an unexpected upgrade on the server, the 1900 thru 1910 dates 
were appearing as numbers such as 23, 667, 123, etc.

I have temporarily solved the problem and will try to fix it a different 
way later this evening.

1800 dates will appear in the format Month Day, Year

1900+ dates will appear as YYYY/MM/DD   (for example - 1901/12/06 )

but they will also show with 00:00:00 for the time .  Just ignore this 
until I can fix that part of the problem.
