[TI] A very interesting article on the Sicilian language

I was browsing around on "Wikipedia", the free internet encyclopedia and I came across a really impressive article on the Sicilian language. Of course, each Wikipedia article is written by whomever wishes to do so and some are uneven in their quality. However, this particular article really seemed to be among the best I have ever seen on Wikipedia.
The article gives information about all of the nations and peoples that have inhabited Sicily and lists the various words that they each have contributed to the Sicilian language. This article is first about the language but also gives an anstounding amount of historical information on Sicily. The article even mentions that historians believe that there were never more than 5,000 Normans actually settled in Sicily during the years of Norman rule which surprised me.
