I had not thought of trying the birth city of Termini on Ohio Death Records, 
Family search.  http://pilot.familysearch.org/
I was quite surprised to see many Termini names, several of which are not 
spelled correctly.
If you have not found a death record there that you think should have been 
there, better try just Termini with all other items blank,
it will ask if you want Termini, Palermo, click on it.  I saw 4 pages of 
Termini people.
