 Dear Termini friends,
My mother has passed on and I have had to place my 90 yr. old father in
a nursing home.
As a result, I now have to take care of the house and all of its
belongings. When my mother and her family came over in the twenties ,
they brought their goods in wooden trunks. My mom and her brother
could never "go into" them because of the memories. I have now opened
them. They are filled with priceless photos, doiles, tablecloths,
clothing, letters etc.. The problem is that some of them are mildewed
and stained from the moisture. (They have been stored in a damp basement
all of these years.) Does anyone know how or where I can take the
doilies, tablecloths etc. to have them refurbished? I would love to use
some of them in my house. I would appreciate any info that you can
supply me with. I live near Cleveland.
Thank you.
Sally Ann Piazza Glenn
