Way to go Larie. Maybe the daughter was born in Termini also that's why you
can't find the birth certificate. Wait till we get through 1910.

Subject: [TI] Birthdate of Salvatore Tedesco
My cousin in 1989 ordered my grandfather's baptismal certificate which
showed his birthdate as December 18, 1872. All these years I did not know
if this was a mistake or not. Today I looked in the database and his birth
is December 18, 1872 which makes that baptismal certificate correct. All
records from New Orleans of birth and death is December 20, 1872 and from
what I can remember, I guess he thought the 20th was his birthday We
celebrated his birthday on the 20th. On the baptismal it shows his father
as Xaverio (Saverio) Tedesco. Another problem solved thanks to
this wonderful database. I would have never known without it.
Another situation in our family is my grandfather's brother Saverio
born 1863. His daughter Josephine is still living (she was the youngest),
she is now 98 we believe. She told me she thinks she was born in 1910 born
in New Orleans. Although I feel New Orleans has pretty good records the
family must not have registered her birth.
