The is FHC in Kirtland. Don't know the hours you would have to look at the website. Its about a 20 or 30 min drive from the hotel and it is the closes one to Mayfield. I have never been there but it is in the country. Little Italy is pretty safe. Your  gonna be on Mayfield Rd which is a main road. It is a cute little neighborhood filled with all kinds of stores and restraurants.
