[TI] Cerda FHL Films

Yes, I made copies of the records that I needed, but they were only for the
surname of Ardizzone Caito. I did brief searches for other family names of
mine but didn't find any Mascari's or Rini's in the Cerda records that I can
recall. Many of the records were handwritten, as you said, but not really
any more difficult to decipher than anything that I found in the Termini
records. There was only one family of Ardizzone Caito's that lived in Cerda
and the Cerda records noted that the family was originally from Termini and
gave the mother and father's name from Termini in the Cerda marriage
records. The descendants of this family emigrated to Perry, New York and a
few were in Geneva, New York (not far from Rochester). All the US records
for this family say that they are from Cerda and my goal was to determine if
this family was originally from Termini and therefore related to me. My
mission was accomplished and I was able to link the family up to some other
Caito's that I'm researching in the US, but not my direct line.

Paul
