[TI] Alternate spelling for surname Conceptio?

I received five baptism certificates of my  relatives from Toledo
One of the names listed on one is Maria  Conceptio.  I can not
find that name on the database.  The real  surname must have a 
different spelling.  Anyone got any  thoughts.
