[TI] Dolce from Aliminusa-Gloria

There must be some connection between Termini and the nearby towns. My great aunt, Lucy Longo, married a Rinella from Campofelice. I noticed also that our family names are in Cefalu also as well as Cerda Mascolino's. Some day it may all make sense. I have yet to look into Aliminusa. I wonder if the Communes of Italy list has people investigating these towns? I have a paternal ggaunt born in Montemaggiore Belsito, PA. My great grandparents were married in Cerda and all their children were born in Cerda except for one and she was in the middle. Maybe they were just visiting or went there for work. I hope to visit all these towns someday.
The mother of the bride certainly has a lot to do but you seem to handle a lot on your plate. If you want something done ask a busy person. Take care.

Hey, Gloria...you are the first person to mention the town Aliminusa. I have a record of my Gr grandmother's stepfather who was from there...according to his death record. Laura found it for me when she was going through some of the "newer" death records from the TI cemetery books. Benedetto Dolce was his name. I looked at the Trabia film because I had seen some of the Pitti family living there with in-laws and such. I think I also saw some notation that a grgrgr grandfather Luciano Caruso was from Trabia. So, I decided to look and saw some of the same surnames and given names in the indexes regarding Caruso and Dolce family. There must be some connection. I just take notes and set them aside. One day they will make some sense, I am sure.
Enjoy the warmer weather here in Chitown. I just cut the grass and did a little trimming before the rain falls.
Time to get the carpets cleaned....and get a new housecleaner, too. Besides planning this wedding. Way too much to do.
